The part should be in within 1 week and they would call me. We have not heard from them as of yet. I called on 3/25/2020 and the Lady sent a message to the Service Dept to investigate. She would get back to me after wards. We have not heard back from them. The only way I can use my Onstar button is by going through the settings on the display.Williams, B
